Evaluate the Process

If the same exception keeps coming up to the point where it becomes part of the process, the original process may need evaluation.
Processes aren't meant to be difficult. They're designed to streamline work and prevent previously identified issues.

Review and improve the parts of the process that slow delivery, rather than relying on shortcuts and exceptions to move things faster.
